1. Agreement

By accessing or using the FuelHub website (fuelhub.com.cy) or the FuelHub mobile application (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. What FuelHub provides

FuelHub helps users in Cyprus view and compare fuel prices and related station information for supported fuel types (including Unleaded 95, Unleaded 98, Diesel, Heating Oil, and Kerosene). Features may include cheapest and nearest listings, map views, directions, favourites, opening hours, and area search, depending on the version you use. Some capabilities may be added, changed, or removed over time.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the Services only in lawful ways and for their intended purpose. Without limitation, you agree not to:

  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services in a way that could harm performance, security, or our rights;
  • attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network used to provide the Services;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to them;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or related software except where applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
  • misrepresent your identity, manipulate ratings or feedback systems if we introduce them, or misuse support channels;
  • use automated means (including bots) to access the Services in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or circumvents access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

4. Fuel prices: important disclaimer

Fuel prices change frequently. FuelHub aims to show useful, up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee that prices are real-time, complete, or error-free. Displayed prices may lag behind the pump, omit promotions, or contain mistakes from upstream data sources.

Always verify the price at the station and at the pump before you purchase fuel. FuelHub is a comparison and information tool, not a binding offer from any station.

5. Station information

Station names, addresses, opening hours, distances, map positions, and similar details may be incomplete or out of date. Stations may close, relocate, or change services without notice. You are responsible for confirming critical details before you travel.

6. Directions and third-party maps

Directions may open third-party map or navigation applications. Routing, traffic conditions, road closures, and estimated times are provided by those third parties. FuelHub is not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

7. No professional advice

The Services do not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, or other professional advice. Nothing in the Services should be treated as a recommendation to buy fuel from any particular station.

8. Intellectual property

The FuelHub name, branding, visual design, website layout, marketing text, screenshots shown on this site, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by law or with our prior written permission.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services (including features, supported platforms, or data sources) for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of liability (plain language)

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FuelHub and its operators, affiliates, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is intended to be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent legally required.

You acknowledge that decisions you make about where and when to refuel remain your own responsibility.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify FuelHub and its operators against claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, except where caused by our deliberate misconduct or where indemnity is not enforceable under applicable law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data may be handled when you use the Services. Please read it alongside these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are drafted with Cyprus-based users in mind. Unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise, any disputes will be subject to the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.
